After authenticate, the following appear on the display.
Create new meeting ( Rooms -> + )
Enter the meeting name. Please check hold "Add this room to my favorities" to display in list.
Enter the meeting name, click SAVE button and save.
Meeting setup
access code(same as Room PIN): - Click to menu of "create an access code". - Enter the access code 3-12 length. Room EXTENSION: - when you create new meeting, it is a number automatically assigned. - It is same as meeting ID. - Available to confirm from "Send invitation" menu. Caution: - Please regurary change access code. - If you change the access code, please send an invitation mail to the user.
Send invitation - Click to menu of "Send invitation". - The body is quoted in the standard mailer. - Please notify the participants. Caution: - The following is a sample of "Send invitation". - The meeting does not exist anymore.
Cautions: - Up to 5 meeting rooms can be created (with one account). - The meeting room can be deleted and recreated meeting. - After the meeting ends, please delete it.
