Important Notices [update 2th Oct. 2018]

KEK Computing Research Center will start new Video conference service 
"Vidyo", while the MCU service we have provided so far will be terminated.

The function of MCU will be replaced by Vidyo and group video
conferences between H.323 systems and phone are available by using VidyoGateway.

How to use the new Vidyo service

1. Create new Vidyo account = Please read
2. Download Vidyo client software and install it = Installer download

If you become a video conference meeting author (person who create a new meeting)

1. Connect to Vidyo portal from Vidyo application and create a new meeting.
2. Each meeting has a PIN code which is required in joining the meeting.
3. The author invites meeting paricipants by sending a mail or so and shares the PIN code.
